We transformed a 7,000 sq. ft. gravel parking lot, formerly leased by a nearby tavern before COVID. Now, it hosts nine food carts with utilities and grease trap connections and an inviting 1,800 sq. ft. laminated timber structure with gas heaters, fire suppression, fans, and misters for year-round dining comfort. A glass overhead door blurs the line between indoor and outdoor dining, and four newly added restrooms ensure a seamless food and beverage experience in a vibrant atmosphere.
